Project “Solutions in the field of information and communication technologies and cyber security in small- and medium-sized enterprises”
On 10.11.2023, Contract No. BG-RRP-3.005-3704-C01 was signed for project “Solutions in the field of information and communication technologies and cyber security in small- and medium-sized enterprises”, which will be financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU under the National recovery and resilience plan.
The objective of procedure BG-RRP-3.005 “Solutions in the field of information and communication technologies and cyber security in small- and medium-sized enterprises” is to contribute to accelerating the transition to digitisation of the economy by providing grants for the implementation of information and communication technologies and solutions that ensure an increase in the level of digitisation of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The project foresees the implementation of a module for managing the production of paper-bags and packaging, which will be integrated into the existing ERP software of the enterprise and will provide the capability for better management of the production process, the life cycle of products, for generating reports and analyses of the production activity and production capacity, for optimised planning and reporting of production, for preparing and tracking production schedules, for inventory control and other functionalities.
The implementation of the planned production management module will accomplish the integration of the processes of monitoring and processing of production, trading, capital assets, finance, cash register, work orders, offers and contracts, which will have a comprehensive positive effect on the activities of the enterprise and will provide the necessary information base for optimisation of the various aspects of the production activity.
The project will be implemented through the following stages:
1. Selection of a contractor by collecting two offers
2. Implementation of the production management module
3. Acceptance of the performed work
The implementation of the planned investments in the production management module will contribute to increasing the level of technological development of the enterprise and will create the necessary conditions for increasing the competitiveness and sustainable development of “Sofel-MR” Ltd.
The total budget of the project is BGN 20 000, of which BGN 20 000 are financed by the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, while national co-financing is BGN 0.
Project activities are planned to be fulfilled until 10.11.2024.
